Critically endangered flower species were identified in a groundwater dependent habitat, near a major development area of northern Saudi Arabia. Protection measures had to be identified to prevent loss of any of the critical habitat.
Aquageo worked with King Abdullah University of Science and technology (KAUST) to perform field surveys at site, carried out numerical modelling to support a conceptual model, and prepare a catchment management plan for the site.
